(Erika/Mom) This morning I had to get tough on my long-shower-loving Lizzi. “C’mon Elizabeth, you’ve been in there way too long…” “Elizabeth I mean it, we’re all waiting to take ours…” etc. Lizzi came out, not very happy, and huffed by me to go to her room.
So I took my shower and went in to the closet to choose something to wear. Weekend attire, casual, comfortable. Ah, my favorite salmon-colored shirt with freshly washed jeans. Maybe layer it…with my peach cami. Perfect. Here’s how it looked:
(Lizzi/Daughter)
I don’t wear this shirt I got from American Eagle too much, so I pulled that out, an old lace camisoule, and my most comfortable jeans. I rolled them up because I was bored and went downstairs. Mom and my outfit didn’t look exactly the same, but had similar elements. A lace cami about the same color, a boyfriend shirt, and mid-wash jeans.
So, we’re not quite sure who copied who… but we thought it was funny how similar our outfits were without even communicating!
P.S. Sorry for the awkward-ness of my pose. It looks like I’m about to pop a squat. I told Mom the picture was bad of me, but she kept disagreeing.
P.P.S. The cat in the background of both our pictures is Kristi. 🙂
